Bosh Sports Model History
Model 4.0.0 — research release
Market-anchored, correlation-aware ensemble architecture with no-vig market baselines, independent-model gates, uncertainty stress tests, price discipline, source reliability, calibration checks, contradiction gates, sport/prop feature coverage, frozen recommendations, and closing-line grading.
Status: research. Positive expected value or profitability is not assumed from engineering tests or short samples.
Bosh Sports Web 4.2 — product release
Numbers-first research boards, expanded player-prop evidence, Games of the Day, Research Labs, opening/current movement summaries, quote-receipt infrastructure, share/install support, immutable published-decision history, and the first calibration-gated player-prop probability framework.
Change policy
Core model changes should be versioned and evaluated as challengers before replacing the existing model. Product/UI changes do not automatically constitute a new forecasting model. Historical results should remain attached to the model version that produced them.
What comes next
Market-specific player-prop calibration profiles will move from insufficient to monitored and then validated only as settled sample sizes and out-of-sample metrics justify promotion.
