Information we collect

• Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, optional display name, age-confirmation timestamp, and account creation information.
• Saved product data: Watchlist research snapshots, preferences, notification settings, and related account choices.
• Device and notification data: push-notification token, platform, app version, and notification delivery information when alerts are enabled.
• Subscription data: Bosh Pro entitlement status, product identifiers, renewal/expiration information, and transaction identifiers supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. Bosh Sports does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple.
• Product analytics and diagnostics: app actions, screen usage, error information, and operational logs when analytics or diagnostic services are enabled.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, sync saved research and preferences, deliver requested alerts, restore paid access, operate and secure the service, diagnose errors, understand product usage, prevent abuse, and improve Bosh Sports. When first-party product analytics are enabled, signed-in analytics use the Bosh account user ID; the account email is not intentionally attached to PostHog analytics events. Usage analytics can be disabled on the device from the in-app Privacy screen.

Service providers

Bosh Sports uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and account data, Railway for application infrastructure, Expo for mobile application services and notifications, Apple for iOS distribution and in-app purchases, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, and PostHog when product analytics are enabled. These providers process information only for the purposes needed to provide their services to Bosh Sports.

Data sharing and sale

Bosh Sports does not sell personal information. We do not provide your Watchlist or account research history to advertisers. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the security or rights of users or the service, or to service providers operating Bosh Sports.

Retention and deletion

Account-linked profile data, preferences, saved research, notification tokens, and Bosh application entitlements are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your Bosh account from the Account tab. Account deletion removes account-linked application data from the active Bosh systems and, when applicable, removes the RevenueCat customer record. Limited security, billing, backup, or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect the service.

Deleting a Bosh account does not itself cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Apple manages subscription cancellation and refunds through your Apple ID settings.

Your choices

• You can use the public research board without creating a Bosh account.
• You can disable or change notification preferences in the app and in iOS Settings.
• You can remove saved research from your Watchlist.
• You can opt out of first-party usage analytics on your device from the in-app Privacy screen.
• You can permanently delete your account from the Account tab.
• You can manage or cancel Bosh Pro through Apple subscription settings.

Age and account access

Bosh account features are intended for adults age 18 and older because the product includes sports-betting research and market analysis. Bosh Sports is not directed to children.

Security

Bosh Sports uses account-level access controls, encrypted network connections, device secure storage for authentication sessions, and server-side secrets that are not embedded in the mobile application. No security system can guarantee absolute protection.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when product features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be updated when material changes are published.
