Terms of Use

Research and analytics only

Bosh Sports presents research, rankings, market snapshots, model estimates, and related information for informational and entertainment purposes. Information can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or become stale as markets change. Always verify the current market, line, price, and relevant information independently before making any decision.

No guarantees

Research scores and model probabilities are estimates, not promises of a result. Historical performance, closing-line value, model calibration, or prior results do not guarantee future performance. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Eligibility and responsible use

Bosh account features are intended for users age 18 and older. You are responsible for complying with the laws and age restrictions that apply where you live. If you choose to wager through a separate licensed service, use fixed limits, do not chase losses, and never use money needed for essentials.

Bosh Pro subscriptions

Bosh Pro is an auto-renewable digital subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. The purchase screen displays the subscription name, duration, localized renewal price, and included features before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple according to the terms shown by Apple. The app provides Restore Purchases and a link for current subscribers to manage their subscription.

Apple controls App Store billing, cancellation, and refund decisions. Deleting your Bosh account does not cancel an active Apple subscription; manage the subscription through your Apple ID settings.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may permanently delete your Bosh account from the Account tab. Bosh Sports may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Availability and changes

Sports data, models, providers, features, and subscription benefits may evolve. We aim to avoid presenting unavailable data as fact and may suspend features when data quality or system reliability is insufficient. Material subscription value will continue to be provided during an active subscription period.

Third-party services

Bosh Sports relies on third-party infrastructure, data, authentication, distribution, subscription, and analytics services. Their availability and terms may affect portions of Bosh Sports. References to sportsbooks, leagues, teams, players, or market providers do not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.

Apple terms

For iOS distribution, Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also apply. View Apple's Standard EULA.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Bosh Sports changes or legal requirements evolve. The effective date on this page will be updated when material changes are published.
